Making sure our customers are happy with a purchase is something that we value at Paw Face. If in the unlikely event that something was to go wrong, we will endeavour to rectify it for you.

If within the first 14 days of receiving your order you have changed your mind or are not happy with your purchase, we offer a no questions asked money back guarantee policy!
All you have to do is contact us on info@pawface.co.nz and we will sort the refund for you. Please ensure that the item is returned in the original condition that it was received in. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to return the item.

If the item has not worked in the manner that was stated then please contact us with your concerns and we will work with you to rectify it. If in the unlikely event an item you receive is defective or damaged, we will replace that item for you. 

Any refunds will be refunded to your nominated bank account, minus the shipping costs.

Please Note we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for products returned after 14 days or on items that were purchased via a sale.
